Quiz Creator v1.0 for Wordpress
Recently we had a client ask us to find a quiz plugin for Wordpress. Our client wanted to be able to put a set of questions on the company’s Web site, but as it turns out we could not find a plugin that lets people create quizes. So we created one.
Our Quiz Creator v1.0 plugin for Wordpress has some nice features. It lets you create any number of quizes and each quiz can contain a list of questions. Each question can have up to 10 potential answers, only one of which can be the correct answer. Once created the quiz can then be inserted into a post or page by including a simple tag. Readers who see the quiz can take the test and when they submit their answers the plugin grades the test and shows them their results. Site operators can optionally have the plugin mail them a copy of the results each time someone takes the quiz, and the results are also available for download in comma separated value (CSV) format. Site operators can also configure the plugin to require that people register before taking the quiz. Registration info is stored in its own table.
Overall it was a nifty project and as far as we know Quiz Creator v1.0 for Wordpress is the first plugin of its kind.
